Switching account

Hi, I cannot change cloudinary account. I would also like to know how changing account works. I have selected option to upload everything to cloudinary and only low res images stay on WP. If I switch from my personal to clients account, will all images to transfer to his?
Whenever I try to switch account in admin, after I click switch accounts and then connect with new api variable, after page refresh, old personal api variable is still there. It is like it was stuck on my personal account that I cannot use in production.
