Switched from Coinbase to binance, payments not detected

    Hi !

    Due to some customers complaining about high fee rates, i switched from a coinbase wallet for BTC & ETH to a Binance wallet, on the BEP20 Network, for BTC&ETH.

    Since the switch, 3 people chose to pay with crypto, and 2 of them were not detected by the plugin.

    I’ve noticed that :
    The payment that was successfully detected was made on the ETH Network
    The two others that weren’t detected and were made on BSC & Abritrum network (?? i don’t even know what are those)

    How can i make sure the payments gets detected by the plugin ? Did i do something wrong ?

    We only support ETH on the ETH network. Tell your users to send ETH on the ETH network if they want to use ETH.
