switch_to_blog permalink error

Hi All

I’m using the switch_to_blog() function on Blog B to display posts from Blog A, it works 100% fine to display the list of posts, however the permalinks structure is incorrect.

When clicking on the posts link it reverts you back to Blog A to read the full post, however you must stay on Blog B to read the post.

Is that possible or am i doing something wrong?
