Switch_to_blog() is not working in single post pages

    Does Switch_to_blog() work with out query post in the page

    In a page i have a page content and then displaying the posts with title and excerpt

    when i Switch_to_blog()
    ->page content is not changing
    ->post title and excerpt is changed
    ->when i click on post title it takes to single page but the content is not changed
