    If we give a custom role access to the users screen, is there a way to let them use the switch user plugin features on all users except admin users?

    The usecase here is on an ecommerce website, allowing a customer support person to help troubleshoot customer issues with the website using the switch user plugin without being able to also switch to a user with admin privileges.

    Yes this is possible but you’ll need to write some code to handle the exact situation that you require. Take a look through the plugin FAQ, there’s several answers in there related to this topic.
