As you’re using our paid extension WooCommerce Subscriptions, you are eligible for WooCommerce premium support via email or chat as a WooCommerce.com extensions license holder.

For questions and support regarding premium extensions please create a support ticket with us via WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page. We’ll be happy to assist you from there.

I have been in contact with your support. But the problem can’t be solved within the plugin.

I’ll need some code to be able to allow users to switch to the same subscription.
