Switch theme by passing parameters

Hello. I would like to check on line the development of a new theme on my blog. Therefore, I’d like to get a url that would allow me to access my blog with this new “in-work” theme and style (like I could make changes and tests while getting results by a simple refresh). Is that possible ?
