Switch button colours on front page

Hi guys, is there any way to switch the colours of the buttons around on the front page of the mesmerize theme? In the theme, there are two buttons – one on the left is blue, the one on the right just has a white border. All I need to do is switch it around so that the one on the right is blue, and the one on the left has a white border. I don’t need to customise in any other way – just switch them around (please note, the individuals button must remain on the left).

I know that this is probably achievable with the pro version, but I’m hoping that there is a simple way to do this in the theme editor? Any help much appreciated.
