Switch between visual and HTML

Hi, when I switch between visual and HTML editor, WordPress remember the last selection.

In other way, if in a post/page I use visual editor then in another post/page I use HTML editor, if I go back in the first post to make some changes, there is selected HTML editor.

If possible disable this?
