“Switch back to [username]” cached on page
-
I use WP Super Cache on my website (as many many other sites do), but I just noticed that on at least one page, the on-screen dialog that says “Switch back to [username]” was saved to the cache, and visible to the public on my website. This is rather severe, because it exposed the main site admin username. I’m guessing I must have triggered a page re-cache while I was browsing in switched-off mode.
Do you have a solution to prevent this from ever happening? Or does this mean that this plugin is not compatible with caching plugins? I totally understand if they are incompatible, but I couldn’t find that stated anywhere in your literature. Seems like an important thing to either let people know, or to fix. (Perhaps there’s a way to make that dialog “dynamic HTML” that can be exempted from the cache? That’s a little beyond me so I’m unsure.)
