    Hi @infinyti,

    Greetings from WebToffee!

Since it is more related to the theme that you use, if you could share your active theme file as a zip that would be really helpful to check the issue. You can zip the theme directory(Child theme too if any) and share via this link.

Hi, sorry but I cannot share this theme. It is custom written but WooCommerce style is standard and standard slider in the cart (I mean when i display related products without your plugin) works well. I am trying to display related products with the help of shortcode in posts.

    Hi @infinyti,

Then, can you please switch the slider to BxSlider and check?

Hi, yes I did, swipes works, but it does not display products. For example, for mobile it displays only two instead of needed amount (other is just white space) and on PC it displays only 4 and I put amount to display 6. So with this slider I was expecting it to display at least the same amount as on PC instead of white spaces

    Hi @infinyti,

Thanks for getting back in touch and sharing the information. We are working on implementing a new slider in the related products section to handle such theme related conflicts. It will be introduced in our upcoming release. Thanks for understanding.
