swipebox editing

Everything is working fine. I like it but would want to do some customization to change, for example, the border on the swipebox. give it a slight padding, so as to not fill the page. This is especially useful when viewing on a mobile device as the navigation hides pretty quick.
I”m looking at the CSS and the jquery files and wondering where this option is? I see a few border options in the CSS but not very familiar with jquery.
