Swiching Language not working

Hi i Have setup this plugin, alongwith wordpress Transposh plugin.
So i want to achieve, functionality as:
1) Geo Redirect should first redirect client to there ip/country specific language : as it does ?? ok.
2) This redirection should be able to override either by Direct url in browser, or By Transposh’s swicthing widget.

Currently it is redirecting by default to the country specific language only. I am not able to switch language by either means..
