Sweet Captcha stopped working

It was working well before.

I created a new form and added sweetcaptcha in it. It shows the image and I can drag the things around ok. But when I submit, it doesn’t seem to check if the task has actually been completed. It doesn’t give any error message either.

The other form that had it working don’t seem to work either now.

Any ideas?
