We relocated our site, https://occupytacoma.org/ to another server. On the previous server, the name “occupytacoma.org” pointed to “occupy-tacoma.org.” Now “occupy-tacoma.org” points to “occupytacoma.org.” Our intent was to have either URL go to our active site (don’t ask).

Since relocating our site, Sweet Captcha breaks contactform 7 and the registration form. I’ve deleted Sweet Captcha and reloaded it several times, as has our other webmaster. The error message at the bottom of these pages says this:
    {“error”:[“Invalid domain (occupytacoma.org) for this app”]}

If anyone could give us a bit of guidance, we would be most grateful.

    Regards,
    Alan OldStudent

    Hi Alan,

SweetCaptcha works per domain – what we have under our registration details is this domain:
    https://occupytacoma.org

If this is correct SweetCaptcha should work.
If you want us to change it to:
    occupy-tacoma.org

    Update us to our support:
    [email protected]

And we will do it ??
(This error occur because the domain SweetCaptcha installed on is not the domain that is registered)

What I did to resolve this problem in the test site was to zap the ID and password/secret areas of the live setup form, click save changes and then exit the setup. I was presented with a notification that SweetCaptcha was not properly set up and directed to “click here”. In doing so I was awarded a new ID and such and that took care of the problem. But I understand that this has left some trash in your SweeCaptcha tables. I will endeavor to clean it up by contacting you via email.

The Sweet Captcha people will probably chime in pretty soon with some suggestions.

I looked at your site and liked the paintings. Your CV was interesting.

    Thanks a lot, Alan,
    I’m touched.
I hope this post is not too old. I’m not in the hurry anyway.
