Google did not indexed those pages with the cache buster query string in it. As can see the page title says “Alternate page with proper canonical tag” which basically means that Google didn’t indexed these pages and instead chose the page without the query parameter as both has the same data and same canonical URL. So, you don’t have to worry about it.
But now you can get rid of the cache buster query param from your website. Inside the plugin settings > other tab > scroll down to the end and check the “Remove cache buster query string” option. There you will also find a link to Implementation Guide. Read the implementation guide thoroughly and apply all the Cache Rules as mentioned there. This will ensure that you can use the plugin without using the cache buster query string.
