The extra padding is coming from your theme. Please add the following CSS at Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

form.wvs-loaded table th.label {
    padding-left: 0;
    padding-bottom: 0;
}

Then flush your caches like- browser cache, caching plugin cache, and server-side cache.
