Swatch availability preview

  • Good day,
    after implementing the WPC LV fully into our staging environment it turns out that the swatches work kind of faulty.

    When it comes to switching between products that don’t come in some combination, the swatch redirects to a different but available product. The proper behavior should be that the unavailable swatch should be grayed out or crossed over, shouldn’t?

    Would it be possible to implement such function in the next update? I think users will really appreciate it.

    Thanks so much for informing us on this issue!

    We know about it, other ones want it is another way around ?? They want still can select another product if hasn’t the match attributes.

    We’ll add an option for customers can change that as they want soon.
