Swap Thumbnail Images on Hover

Love the plugin and use it a lot.

I am using a basic Responsive Image Gallery, and I am looking for a way to swap each image on hover. I prefer the caption Effect to be Always Visible but simply when you mouseover an image, a new one appears in it’s place — and I still need the custom URL to work when clicked.

Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this?

I tried simple jquery image swap _off/_on script but it doesn’t work with the foogallery thumbnail caching technique — without heavy foogallery plugin code customizing which of course I want to avoid.

I appreciate any ideas and help!
