SVN: how to restart?

I screwed up with my plugin SVN. Yup, I’m completely newbie and actually I have no .svn folders on my local disc. In addition I removed all things from SVN, because I had thought then I can to fix it by svn co https://svn.wp-plugins.org/your-plugin-name my-local-dir.

But it doesn’t work. What should I do to start SVN one more time?
