    Hello,

    It sounds like a theme or conflicting plugin issue.
    If you could test using the twentyseventeen theme and all of your other plugins deactivated, then see if you still get the error.

    If it works fine then, you will need to reactivate one by one and test the media library upload in between to find the issue.

    same problem with wordpress version 4.6.6, need upgrade to 4.7.5 ad it’s work fine!!!
