SVG Only Animating Once per Session

    Hi,

    Thanks for creating this plugin!

    I am using the Stocky wordpress theme with Easy Digital Downloads Free Link and Frontend Submissions plugins.

    I am trying to add an animated svg into my “downloads” thumbnail section instead of in the body of the “download” (aka product). I see that the svg is animating the first time I see it on the homepage (in the thumbnail section), but after that when I go to the product page, it shows the finished image (after animation). From there, if I want it to animate, I need to do a hard refresh.

    Can you help me get it to animate with each page load?

    Hope that makes sense. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your support, I’m glad you like the plugin.

    This issue isn’t really a plugin issue, it is to do with the way you are animating. My plugin allows you to render the SVG inline so you can then target it with whatever you like, but there is a huge amount of ways you can achieve animation.
    Without any knowledge of how you have your animation setup, I can’t really offer any help.
    I would suggest looking into CSS animations or jQuery animations and learn how to achieve the effect you’re after.
