SVG not uploading

    Hi
    I have installed and activated the latest versions of SVG Support and Safe SVG and de-activated all other plugins. I have also tried with several different premium themes as well as the WP 2017, 2016 – all with same result:
    After attempting to upload any svg, the Media Library shows a blank thumbnail with the correct filename but clicking Edit Image gives “Image data does not exist. Please re-upload the image”.
    Any ideas, please?

    Hi @dram2017,

    It might be to do with using both SVG plugins… You might want to just try one at a time and see if it’s that.

    I tried that, too. No upload with each plugin activated alone, either.
    Has WP done another update that breaks svg?

    Really?
    That’s strange.
    Uploads were broken for a number of files since 4.7.1 and the fixes are looking to be released in 4.7.3 at this point… my plugin addresses that though and should work.
    Would you be keen to send me temporary admin details to take a look? [email protected]

    Excuse my ignorance but this is my first website – what admin details do you need?

    No problem. Just a login to your WordPress site with admin role so I can check the console for any errors, possibly run a query check.

    This issue was related to the fonts in the SVG file not being outlined.

    I have the same problem.

    When saving in Illustrator i used the option “Convert to outline”..
