    Hello,

After uploading my images to the Optimole cloud, all the SVG images aren’t loading anymore. Only the svg images in the footer and header are working. I tried excluding them, but that only works for optimizing and lazy loading.

Is there a different way to exclude them from the cloud service?

    Thank you and kind regards,

    Angela

    Hi @designkamer,

If you select SVG extensions to be excluded from optimization they shouldn’t be served from the cloud:

Maybe you have only excluded them from being lazy-loaded?

Of course, if you offloaded images to the cloud from your server then they will still be served from the cloud so it’s needed to roll them back to your server, you can roll back particular images manually if needed from the Media Library – https://vertis.d.pr/t0xQW2

By the way, just so you’re aware, there is no need to offload images to Optimole unless you want to save your disk space in your hosting server, Optimole works the same way with images offloaded to the cloud or not, they are still served from the cloud and optimized so cloud library and the purpose of it is to save disk storage (images are removed from your server) and also that you can use the same images on multiple websites if you’re using the same API key of Optimole on different websites.

    I hope it helps!
