SVG not displaying on media library

Hi, I’ve been having issues with a client’s website SVG’s are not showing up in the media library at all and not entirely show why. They sometimes are blank in the media box and other times has a blue box with a question mark in the middle. I’ve also installed Safe SVG and used all the other SVG plugins I can find to help. But I can’t get anywhere. So I’m stuck in a muddle of what to do.
