SVG graphic does not display on non-retina screens

This button was working perfectly on a site until I updated to version 0.1.3, when on testing on some smartphones, the handset image was gone, leaving just the green button.
The handset image did show up on desktop-based mobile testers, however.
When I downgraded the plugin back to version 0.1.2, the handset image showed up in on the actual devices again, so the upgrade to SVG images for retina screens seems to be the problem, making it so that there’s no image at all on older or smaller smartphone screens without retina displays.
