SVG files, Draw.io icons not displayed

  • Hey,

    I have a problem when using Draw.io (DrawIt plugin) SVG within Documentor. What I do is I create Draw.io diagram within a post and use this post as a Documentor subsection. When the post is displayed as an original post (not within Docuemntor generated Guide) all is good and icons are displayed properly. But as soon as I put it inside Documentor Guide – some of icons (those are embeded in file) are missing. Please have a look at this file and try it inside a Guide

    It is not an issue with SVG but something related to generating guides (it happens both in AJAX and non-AJAX loading). Can you help me?

    I am using the full, paid version of Documentor BTW

    Thanks for writing to us.
    We have check your scenario with your SVG image. Image appears in Documentor properly. Please check width and height of uploaded image in Text view of editor. If it is 1 then change it and update post/page.

    Hi Sagar,

    I checked it and actually it’s a problem with displaying SVG graphics in Safari. Documentor seems to work well, thanks a lot!
