When uploading SVGs with Filester, it seems that the first line of the SVG file must be left blank or have <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> otherwise, the upload fails. Is there a way to prevent this failure?

For reference, I’ve confirmed that the regular WordPress media upload works even if the first line isn’t blank.

    Additionally, I’ve tried the following:

    • Adding to the mime type
    • Installing “SVG Support” and “Safe SVG”

    Thanks for the reply.

I apologize for not mentioning earlier, but I do allow SVG uploads.
In fact, I’ve confirmed that it can be uploaded when the first line is blank.

Enter file extensions which user can be Uploaded:
    .php,.css,.html,.js,.jpg,.png,.gif,.webp,.txt,.svg
