The plugin uses the WordPress editor to edit the email templates and the WordPress editor does not support SVG images. But we found an article for you that might help you to add the SVG.

There might be some issue while adding the svg in the email.

Are you using any SMTP plugin to send the emails? If yes, then can you please contact them as they are the one who can help you with this.
