Suspending Users on Order Renewal

We are having an issue where, on automatic renewal of a subscription/membership on WordPress some users on the Moodle side are returning to an active enrolment while some users in the same team are staying at suspended. All user details on both sides appear correct and we are unable to find anything unique to the user accounts which may be causing the issue.

The only thing we can find is in the WordPress user eb-log where it appears to suspend some users and not re-activate them (see below).

On initial order and other non-renewal orders, everything works perfectly, it’s just on some renewals orders.

Can you help with any ideas as to what this means or why it may be happening?
