The popup pops up, as it should, after about 15 seconds.
After entering email adress and name for suscription, and mouse click, the message appears “Pleas Wait”.
    Thats all. Nothing happens.
What could I have done wrong?

Thank you in advance for your Help!

  • Dear @post553,

We managed to submit the popup on your website, via [email protected] email, you can check it in your Subscribers’ list: https://prnt.sc/qtdorv

Could you, please, clarify what browser and device you have had the issue on so we can check that on our side?

    Hello,

my device: apple MacBook Air, OS 13

I tried it again, here are the results:

    with firefox and with chrome:
message “please wait” comes and stays
same result with iPhone 7, same browsers

    with safari:
message “…successful” comes, but no email for verification is sent, the new adress is not listed (even one day after) in the wordpress list of suscribers.
Nor is your test suscription ([email protected]) listed.

In order to be sure, I tested the usual suscription widget of my website (below in the footer area). It runs correctly, after seconds the new email adress appears in the suscriber’s list.

Thanks in advance for your Help!

    Dear @post553,

Strangely, we can’t submit the form now either.
We can see a 404 error on the page.
This means there’s a firewall blocking the requests from your site to our IP address.
Could you, please, check if it’s blocked?

    Strange.
I never installed a kind of firewall – all these settings are just standard.
Don’t even know how to check these things.

    installed Plugin:
    WP Fastest Cache Premium
    maybe this Plugin causes problems?

    Hello,
I’ve deleted all the Cache Data. Now the Pop Up Suscription works 100%.
Apparently, the Cache was the reason for the problems.

But I need the website Cache. I guess I’ll have to exclude the popup from Caching. Can you tell me how to do it?

I had the same problem, so I added an exclusion for caching javascript that has the keyword “popup-builder”, and it seems to be working now.

    Hi @chiveg @post553,

We provide an option to exclude our plugin from making cache files.
The point is that we save security keys from the back and front ends. Those keys refresh every time when the page is loaded.
In other words, the plugin creates a file in which all the caches are stored in the same folder.
Our js code isn’t being refreshed that is why the key stays the same (which had already been saved).
That is why, when the plugin is being excluded from the caching plugin, it works as it should. Hence, you can see the popup.
We are working on improvements and once we have news, you will be surely notified.
