Suscribers dissapear when fill in form

    I have tried to reach support via https://chimpmatic.com/contact and it has been impossible. No support at all. Dissapointing… If I don’t get a solution I will have to cancel and ask for a refund.

    May be one the users that have installed the plugin can help:

    I have the plugin PRO version installed and I have encountered a couple of problems:
    1) Some text fields of the form does not sync correctly with the Mailchimp field name.
    2) The other problem is that once the user fills in the form and the form is submitted, if the user already exists in the Mailchimp audience, he/she disappears from the audience until the user completes the opt-in process !!!
    I want his/her data to be updated, but I don’t understand why the user is removed from the Mailchimp audience and only appears if he/she completes the opt-in process. Otherwise it never appears again …
