SurveyMe installed on WP but not running?

Hi there, Apologies in advance for this being a pretty basic question! I’ve downloaded SurveyMe and installed it to my WP dashboard using the ‘Install Plugin’ feature. The zip file is now sat in my wp-content/plug-ins folder and I’ve been able to edit the default survey via the ‘Manage’ link.

Problem is, although it looks ready to go I can’t figure out how to actually run the survey on my site – or preferably insert it into a post I’m about to write (I’m hoping to run a few mini-surveys over the next few weeks.)
