    Hello, support. I recently started to manage a page I created long ago again. I duplicated a survey but whenever I try to save any changes, I takes me to a 404 error page and doesn’t save any changes. Wondering how to fix this. Thank you!

    One possible cause of the issue could be a conflict with other plugins.
    Please do troubleshooting by deactivating the plugins one by one, to find the conflicting plugin.

    You can make a DB Backup before making any changes for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus).

    Hello, Jasmine! @hyenokian I have tried troubleshooting and it doesn’t seem to be a conflict with other plugin so I will share the information you asked. Thank you for your response!

    1. Survey Maker plugin version 4.9.5

    For example, there could be a problem coming from PHP limitations, or HTML in your WP Editor.

    Also, the problem may be connected to permalinks.

    Go to Settings > Permalinks (you don’t need to save any changes).
    Then, open the survey again and check.

    @hyenokian Hello again, Jasmine! Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately after trying opening the Permalinks menu and going back to the surveys, the issue persisted. I will use the form you linked to. Thank you very much for your help!

    @hyenokian Hello again, Jasmine! I am trying to upload the video I sent you on the form. It says it doesn’t accept .mp4 but doesn’t specify which formats are supported. Can you help me with this so I can convert and attach the screen recording? Thank you!

    You can use alternative methods to share videos with us.
    Google Drive: Upload your video to your Drive and share the link by granting us access.
    Imgur: Visit https://imgur.com/upload to upload your video. Once the link is ready, click on the “Copy Link” button and paste it into your email message.
