Survey Result emailed to the admin is not correct

Hi,

Currently the plugin is working as expected, except the response mail sent to admin on submitting a response is incorrect. It’s not capturing the correct data/option that the user selects during submission. Values of input field are captured perfectly, but not of radio and checkbox.

It would be great if you could have a look into this as soon as possible, as this is a pressing issue we are facing on our live site.
