Survey not shown on page

  • HI there
    I installed survey maker lite, activated the plug in, created a survey, created 3 questions, added them to the stack on the lefthand side and then I copied the shortcut into the page.
    Now, when I want to see that page there is a orange “arrow-in-a-circle” icon turning and turning and turning. The survey is not shown on the page, not even after waiting for a long time.
    What’s wrong?
