I’m creating a survey. It was working fine, but now it’s not saving or something? I create a new section, move it, and save. It’s still there. I add a question, it’s all gone. I add a question to an existing section and save. It’s gone. And sometimes the sections are in a different order than I had them in, but didn’t move it.

Major bugs? I’ve tried many times and it’s constantly having these problems.

Now I found that another section did save my question, but I had it set to a ‘yes or no’ answer, but now it’s a blank set of answers like it’s newly created.

    Dear @scott_mccoy,

    Thank you for the topic.

I want to mention that the plugin itself doesn’t have any limitations.
However, there may be a limitation set by your Server. That is why this kind of issue may arise for you.

So, please get in touch with your Hosting Provider and ask them to expand the following PHP values or do it on your own via the cPanel.

    max_input_variables – 20000
    time_limit – 600
    max_input_time – 600

Also, most presumably, the cases you are mentioning occurred due to the questions not being saved.
Please expand the values and let us know whether the problem is solved or not for you.

In case even after expanding the values you still experience this problem, please clarify how exactly the case happens for you.
If possible, please provide us with a video where the given problem can be displayed for a better understanding.

Please check this and let us know about the outcome.

    Thank you.

    Dear @scott_mccoy,

In addition to our previous answer, we would like to ask which version of the plugin you are currently using and how many questions and sections you have for further investigation of your case.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you.
