Surprisingly good; excellent value for money

Our small business was started recently – we engrave candles to customer’s personal designs. 100% of our orders go through Zakeke; it is a core part of our business.

It was a technically challenging setup because we use just two colors with the ‘printed’ i.e. engraved color being white. However, Zakeke proved to have more than enough configuration options to achieve what we needed – the backend is feature-rich, logical and full of tips and guides to help you along – it is a delight to use. Woocommerce integration was a breeze.

Zakeke gave us an opportunity to start something – we couldn’t afford hundreds of dollars per month in license fees. The starter/Advanced plans allow you to get something going, and expand later as required.

Our customers have been able to create their designs using the Zakeke designer without issue. I especially like how you can use it on your mobile phone. At shows and fairs it allows customers to create their designs at the stand immediately using their phones and tablets.

Zakeke has been one of the highlights of setting up our business and is an essential enabling technology for us.
