Hi There,

Personally your plugin works a lot better than the official version by the Paid Membership Pro team.

I’ve been able to successfully load my test records but the only field not loading is the surname and in previous version this field work perfectly fine ie v2.4

I have 2 column heading which i need to fill with the surname and they are:
pmpro_blastname
last_name (which is a custom field – note first_name loaded fine).

Any ideas or suggestions

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thank you for using my plugin and for your kind words.

Hi,

Is there anything in the wp-contents/uploads/pmp_im_errors.log to indicate if there are any issues?

I’ll do some testing in my own environment, but I’m not _aware_ of any issues with the last_name & pmpro_blastname fields.. ??

Also, would you be able/willing to share the header row for your import file (using the

buttons in the “Reply To:” input field on this page)?

Hi Thomas,

It is a strange problem as I used this same file before in other sites and with previous version and it worked a treat.

Here is the header record with the test record which I used to load

user_login,user_email,user_pass,pmpro_bfirstname,pmpro_blastname,display_name,role,membership_id,membership_code_id,membership_billing_amount,membership_cycle_number,membership_cycle_period,membership_status,membership_startdate,membership_enddate,first_name,last_name,address,Suburb,state,postcode,phone
milgatest,[email protected],milgate-test,Stephen,Milgate,Stephen,subscriber,3,3,80,1,Year,active,2018-01-01 00:00:00,2018-12-31 23:29:00,Stephen,Milgate,25 Sample St,Sampleville,NSW,2500,(02) 9992 3344

BTW – just re-test it for the 5th time but added the option to “add order” and that worked fine.

Will play around and if I can replicate the issue will let you know.

Thanks

Hi,

I copied & pasted your header & first (test) record and then imported it, without selecting the “Add order” option.

The data was successfully imported on my test site, so I’m not sure what’s wrong…

If you find anything in the wp-content/uploads/pmp_im_errors.log from the import attempts, please share it?
