Surge in spam firewall stats

Hi!

Love the plugin, seems to work really well. Just noticed over the last few weeks my firewall spam stats have surged dramatically, I’ve had over 500 this week apparently.

They’ve never been that big before, wondering if there’s any reason or anything I need to be doing to secure my site more?

I’ve had no issues, and I’m pleased I have the plugin to block them from accessing the site, but I’d still be interested to know.
