Surfaces API open_graph_images gets only a default image from settings

    Hi!

    We’re using Surfaces API to get the meta information for the REST API.
    We can get all the information correctly (title, meta description etc), but open_graph_images returns only the default Facebook image from the /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpseo_social#top#facebook

    Even if we set FB image or Featured image or Twitter image or images in the content of the post, it still returns the default image.
    Help ??

    Thanks for reaching out here. We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble using the open_graph_images filter.

    The relevant filter should return a list of images available for the relevant page in an array. However, if that’s returning the image from the Yoast SEO default social settings instead, this surely a bug. In this case, please do feel free to submit a bug report directly at our GitHub development repository so our development team can look into this further. In addition, you’d be able to see the progress of the relevant bug report as well.
