Surcharge for New York State – How to Set a Seperate Rule for New York City

    Hi All,

    I have this plugin and under Flat Rate per State/Country/Region I have flat rates set for the states Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming and New York State.

    Obviously New York State will include New York City, but for New York City itself, I would like to charge a higher surcharge.

    What would be the best way to achieve this? Ideally, I want to keep my existing State-level surcharges in place, but add a slightly higher rate that applies just to New York (city) deliveries.

  • Not possible.

    You may be able to achieve that with WooCommerce shipping zones (that exist since WC 2.6) and a flat rate set on those.
    This plugin was made pre-WooCommerce 2.6 and it doesn’t make a lot of sense to use it now.
