    We installed the great table plugin and tested with our tooltip plugin, I had to say sorry, our tooltip plugin do not support this table plugin yet, our tooltip plugin will hook wordpress standard APIs to scan content and add tooltips effects on tooltips terms automatically, if the content generated by the plugin which can not get from wordpress standard APIs, in many times, we can not support it automatically. However, we have a method to allow you use tooltips in this amazing plugin manually, it is a little complex, if you still interested on this, please go to your admin area and click tooltips menu and find our support ticket at knowledge base, we would try our best to help you, if it is possible ??
