    Hi,

I’m going to sell links to software products and so, product images are not applicable to my products.

Is there an easy way to suppress the product image?

I’ve read something about adding code, but I’ve no idea where to add such code. I’m using the default theme 2023 for my website.

    Thanks a lot in advance.

    Saskia

  • Yes, it is possible to suppress the product image in WooCommerce. One way to do this is to go to the product page in your WordPress dashboard and click on the “Edit” link for the product. From there, you can either delete the product image or simply leave it blank. The product image will not be displayed on the front-end of your website if there is no image assigned to it.

Alternatively, you can use a plugin like “Hide Product Images for WooCommerce” which will allow you to selectively hide product images on your website. This can be useful if you only want to hide the product images for certain products, rather than all of your products.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for your fast response. I havn’t added a picture to the product, but then it is showing an empty space. I want to suppress this empty space as well.

    Kind regards,

    Hi @saskiaherm

You can simply use this third party plugin to hide the product images:

    I hope that helps!
