• I want the head description for Bing SEO. Right now whatever I write in the head shows up above my horizontal navigation. Is there a way to suppress that. So Bing can see it but my visitors will not see it on the pages/posts.

    Thanks for considering my question.

    This is probably either a theming, or a HTML issue. Are you using the appropriate HTML tags? This is not primarily a SEO plugin, so you will need to wrap your SEO description in HTML tags.

    Without a link to your website, I can’t help you, but I don’t believe this is a plugin issue.

    I had forgotten about this. I am sorry I did not retract this earlier.
    That fault is because I typed text directly into the head. Of course it showed.
    However
    As soon as I used html, like you are supposed to, it is fine.

    For anyone like me, this is an example of what it should look like.

    for KWs and description
    <meta name=”description” content=”How to catch stray ducks.”>.
    <meta name=”keywords” content=”how to, catch, stray ducks, stray fowl” />

    for canonical
    <link rel=”canonical” href=”https://stray-duck-warning/&#8221; />

    The problem was with the operator, not the plugin.
