    Hello, I have Compilanz Premium and I have followed the guide at https://complianz.io/consent-mode-for-7-0/ for Configuring Google Tags with Tag Manager. I have imported the suggested Compilanz template, and my Google Tag Manager looks like this:

    The issue I’m having is with the Google Ads Remarketing tag, which is not showing in Google Ads as having the consent mode active.

    Furthermore, I’m also unable to get the Google Ads conversion tracking tag to work on a specific page. I’m not sure if it’s necessary to apply any of the triggers that come with the template to this type of tag as well.

    Hi @juanjobt,

    Can you remove the current “Complianz 7.0 – Consent Mode” tag, and replace it with the latest version as available the GTM Community Gallery? I suspect that you still have an ‘earlier’ version of the template.

    Also when using Consent Mode, you do not have to explicitly fire the native Google Tags with built-in consent checks/support for Consent Mode, on a Complianz trigger such as “Trigger Marketing / Trigger Statistics” any longer; but you can change the trigger to a desired trigger such as All Pages instead.

    Hello again and thank you for your response. I’ve done exactly what you suggested without any results. Google Ads still doesn’t seem to indicate that it has active consent mode.

    I’m not quite sure where the error lies. I believe I’ve done everything correctly, but it’s giving me trouble. Since I have the premium plugin, I’ve sent an email from https://complianz.io/support/, but they haven’t responded. I’ll try again.
