You should have probably first reached out to us via the support forums instead of directly submitting a review and claiming that nothing works as you expected. The plugin works as advertised, that’s the whole point.
Also why does the email have a place for name and email but when you’re leaving feedback there isn’t a place to enter your name or email?
Logged-in users do not need to enter their name or email address because that’s already known. For guests the form is shown, as you can clearly see in the demo video.
There also needs to be anti spam options like ones message per IP per day or captcha.
Speaking from experience, this is not a problem at the moment, so don’t worry. Improved anti-spam measures are on the roadmap though. We’ll never ever implement CAPTCHAs though.

Yeah, you should really start a new thread in the support forums about stuff like that.
If a mobile browser doesn’t support the features we rely upon, the tool obviously doesn’t work and won’t load. Besides that, it’s not really intended for mobile use just yet. Expect improvements in version 2.
