SupportPress – Uh oh – you broke it!

  • I’ve been using WooTheme’s SupportPress theme for 3 or 4 years now as a Support Ticket system for RoverIDX.com. It’s been working well until recently.

    The SupportPress theme is now retired from WooThemes, and they won’t offer support any more.

    I am thinking a recent WordPress upgrade has changed something – because now whenever someone tries to save a new ticket, they get “Uh oh – you broke it!”.

    Has anyone else seen this? Any hacks to get it working again?
