We used MiniOrange to add OTP functionality to a WordPress website that was using Elementor page builder forms.
Sounds simple but the client’s site had some unusual requirements as well as having pages with forms which were only accessible through an Elementor Popup once a button was clicked. That in itself was a problem and there were some other usability issues pertaining to our particular set-up.
The MiniOrange team, in particular Shrikant, were extremely patient and helpful going above and beyond to help us overcome these issues and get it all working as expected. They also did some special customisation work on the plugin UI and functionality (for a reasonable fee) so we could easily specify and add the OTP feature to more forms in the future.
We highly recommended this company, they responded in a timely manner and were very supportive throughout the whole process.
