    Our web host recently made some changes to their platform and informed us that if we wanted to keep sending emails, whether from Contact Form 7 or password reset emails, we would have to install a separate SMTP plugin.

    We have tried with two so far, “Send email with Mandrill” and “Post SMTP Mailer”, and while they both work in the sense that users can fill in forms and emails are sent, apparently they also bypass the Recaptcha module in CF7 which means we get a lot of contact spam again. (They also bypass the Flamingo logging, but that’s less critical for us.)

    No idea if this is a bug or intended behaviour, but any help would be much appreciated.

    Wordpress 5.8.1, PHP 7.4.21, nginx 1.20.1
    Avada 7.4.2, CF7 5.5.1 with the google.com -> recaptcha.net patches applied manually to recaptcha.php

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
